CIPP (Club Individual Particpant Program)
What is it? It's MANDATORY insurance you have to have if you want to play, coach or ref rugby. CIPP insurance protects YOU from liability. You must register for CIPP insurance with USA Rugby. (follow instructions below). It's easy.

HOW TO REGISTER EACH YEAR:

• Log on to www.USARUGBY.org
• click MEMBERSHIP from the menu along the top, and choose MEMBER REGISTRATION (CIPP)
• click on 1 of 3 choices to create an account with USA RUGBY, log on etc.:

  1. if you've registered before, log in to renew.
  2. if you've registerede before, but not online yet, create an account to renew your membership.
  3. are you a new member? Create a new account to register.

  Save your log-in information.

• follow the prompts to create your account and register.
• you'll need this info to complete registration:
  
  CLUB NAME: Naples Rugby Football Club
  CLUB NICKNAME: Hammerheads
  CLUB ID #: 20233

• save your log-in info for next year!
• use a CREDIT CARD or CHECK CARD to enroll. (don't forget about the 3-digit VIN # on the back of your card)
  
  
  HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST?
  One year. Unless you choose the 3 year registration option.
  
  What does it COVER?
  This is NOT medical coverage. It is liability only.
  Here's an example: You run out of bounds & crash full-speed into a spectator who was more worried about his or her cold beverage than the game and missed you barrelling that direction; he or she gets hurt. You have CIPP. Congratulations, you are INSURED.
  
  What's NOT INSURED?
  Let's say you're involved in dangerous play intentionally (maybe you punch someone). She gets hurt.
  YOU ARE LIABLE! No amount of insurance covers stupid aggression like that.

  What is a login on the registration site?
  The login is a username, created by you and distinctive to you, that along with your password you will want to remember for all returning visits to the USA Rugby Registration site.
  
  Does creating a login register me with USA Rugby?
  No, this is exclusively a username that gains you access to the registration site.
  
  I need to be CIPP'd for this weekends match, is this possible?
  Absolutely! With online registration, once you have completed your registration and received confirmation of payment, you are instantly registered with USA Rugby and your club.
  
  Do I need to know my old CIPP number?
  No. With the advent of the online registration system, old CIPP numbers are now obsolete.
  
  How do I register myself once I have logged into the website?

  How do I link my login name with my USA Rugby membership record?
  Once you have created a login name and logged into the site, proceed to Your Account and towards the bottom of the page you have to option to search for your name and link the two. For detailed instructions, please see the User's Guide.
